made payable to BTBC and enclosed with this form. A 50%
deposit secures your place until the full amount becomes due no later
than 70 days before departure. |

Booking Terms. 50% of the total cost of your booking
is to be included with this form as your deposit. Any outstanding
balance must be paid in full no later than 70 days before departure.
All money received is held secure until your tour is completed. Cancellations
received in writing no later than 70 days before the departure date
will receive a full refund less an £80 administration charge
per person. In the event of insufficient demand for a particular tour,
we reserve the right to cancel, upon which you will be offered alternative
dates/tour or a full refund. We also reserve the right to make alterations
to the tour as and when we feel circumstances dictate. Please note,
Personal Accident & Roadside assistance/ recovery/ repatriation
for you, your motorcycle and any passenger must be taken out
to cover any breakdown/ accident. I have read and understood the
conditions of booking. I confirm that I am the rider of a road legal
machine that I am entitled to ride. That I am in charge and control
of my motorcycle and fully responsible for my actions and riding manner
at all times. Neither I, nor my pillion, will in any way hold Paul
Clarke, BTB.C, or any of their officials, helpers or agents responsible
for any misfortunes, accidents or mechanical breakdowns whilst on
tour. I take full responsibility for myself, my machine, and my pillion
whilst on tour.
