Introduction

Each photo is represented here by a small thumbnail. Click on it to see a larger version. The size of the larger version in bytes is given, so you know how big a download job you are starting. I'm sorry a few of the thumbnails are not very clear - it's impossible on this small scale, and by the time they're big enough to see clearly, they're no longer thumbnails! I'm trying to keep the total size of this page,including the thumbnails, reasonably small so it doesn't take users with slow modems too long to download it.

Initially I'm just putting them in random order, as they become available. When the number increases I'll try to find a logical way of categorising them. All the photos on this page at present are old, generally (considerably) older than me, so no technical details are available.

My father Harry Fisher as a baby in his mother's arms standing outside their home in about 1910. The child standing is his older sister Elsie, who as an adult married and moved to Thetford in Norfolk (photo 63,972 bytes).
